I am in the stage of pregnancy that I would like to refer to as "The Stuffed Sausage Phase."
Let me explain...
I am delighted to report that I am able to fit into some of my clothes, which is great because I like my normal clothes. The sad news is, that in several of my non-pregnant clothes, my appearance reminds me of a stuffed sausage. Curves where there used to be none. Rolls that didn't use to roll. And stretching fabric that used to hang quite nicely.
This is not my favorite phase.
This is not a particularly uplifting phase. And although I know there is a delightful reason behind it...a reason which I am very very grateful for...I still look like a stuffed sausage and do not particularly love picking out clothes in the morning.
But, I praise the Lord that I am beautiful to Him....and to my husband....and that these extra curves and rolls are part of a miraculous life-giving process. So...now that is out...I am going to keep it all in perspective...
And stop whining.
:o)

You're hilarious. And you really should get some maternity clothes, when you do you'll say, "Why did I wait this long?" Although there are regular clothes I can still fit into I can't bear to feel fat. ;)
You are adorable! I'm not even pregnant and I feel that way everyday! Ha! Ha!
