Nate can now sit up in the bathtub! This is very helpful of course while trying to bathe him. Tonight, however, he was exceptionally squirmy for some reason and continually tried to stand up in the bath tub. That's right, stand up. Jason was supporting him behind the neck so that he didn't slip (while he was sitting in the tub) and the little squirt would position his legs and push against his feet and Jason's hand and get himself to standing. I saw it! I was pretty impressed.

This one is for Uncle John! Grandpa and Mimi bought this onesie for Nate while we were in GA, seeing Jason's brother John off for his second and final deployment to Iraq! Praying for John and representing while he is away!
This picture has nothing to do with sitting up. Although, Nate is sitting up in Isaac's sweet exersaucer:o)....The picture does have to do with the fact that Nate is wearing my socks. That's right. His feet were chilly, and my socks were handy. Also, Jason wasn't home to raise a ruckus as a result of pinkish socks being on his sons feet:o)....Don't worry....I will never make him wear pink. In fact, I might forbid it. Maybe. But I figure, he's young enough now....he'll never know.:o)

So fun! Jane is SO close... probably in the next week she'll be good on her own. We need a new bathtub like that. Maybe I'll ask for one for Christmas. ;)
These are so cute! I love his big belly in the one of him wearing those maroon pants. Oh...and you have a picture of the pink socks so he will know eventually! He's gorgeous and seems to be such a happy little baby. :)
