Fish in the kitchen...

Okay....a couple of weekends ago, Audriana came to stay with me and Jason as our first official overnight guest! We had such a wonderful time all weekend, hanging out, shopping, watching movies..it was wonderful. While we were on our escapades, my sporting husband went fishing. And here is what he caught:o)

That's right ladies and gentlemen....a very wonderful looking snook straight from the gulf. Isn't she a beauty?....Being that we had not had dinner yet that night...
Yummm. Nothing like not having a back yard in which to clean and fillet fish. So, we got the rare pleasure of fish guts in the kitchen. Awesome. Hehe....but we used a whole buttload of antibacterial kitchen cleaner. So, it was fine. Then...we had one of the best meals I have had in a long time: cheese grits, cornbread, and super fresh fried snook. Holy kamoly. It was delicioso. Hopefully I will have many more fish pictures to post soon. My husband is awesome!
