K-Dawg (Aunt Kristy) Is Home for Fall Break!

Our dear friend, Kristy, is home from college for Fall Break! We were very excited to see her and I am very certain that Nate is a huge fan of her:o)



We have also verified the fact that Nate is quite interested in cell phones....I thought it was just mine, but then he tried to eat Kristy's (see below) and then he started looking intently at Allison's when she was here....wonder what it is about those things?!?!


As part of the "welcome home Kristy" festivities, Allison invited us to have lunch....Here is a picture of Nate sharing his drooly hand with Ally at Chick-fil-a...She was a very good sport.


After lunch, we decided to go to Wal-Mart......while I ran in, the girls had some fun with the camera.



Haha, I love it. Then we figured, what the heck, let's pick up Ashleigh* from school! (actually we had already decided this, but we did go to Wal-Mart first.)


*I love Ashleigh and was so excited to pick her up from school.

The Martin ladies had to go prepare for a Volleyball tournament...but Kristy stayed and the day ended with a trip to the playground...


We had fun, but Nate seemed utterly unimpressed by the slide.



However, he did kindly take the following picture. (Well, he at least let us use his stroller to prop up our cameras, set the timers, and take repeated pictures of ourselves on the see-saw*). I think he deserves some credit for that.


*I love see-saws.
